Do keep in mind that race isn’t a must for this build. He is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Soapmaker. Caution does not take priority here and having high health and LOTS of potions for quick healing is a must.

The character was a paladin of Helm, The Vigilant One The build revolves around the Bound Bow skill (Conjuration 50), which you can buy from Farengar in Dragonsreach.
